2009 - 2010 Season Passes
Thanks to the 08-09 pass holders who opted for the pick-up a ticket pass. We were able to gain
a lot of valuable information on pass usage. Based on this information, this year's regular and
discounted pass rates are being offered at nearly the same price as last season's rates.
Plus, everyone will be able to go directly to the slopes (we'll miss seeing you at the pass window). If
purchasing a family or 3 + 1 pass on-line, you will be asked to complete information about all pass
users. Please have their name, address and for statistical purposes age, gender, and
preference of skiing, boarding, or both available.
All pass rates subject to sales tax.

Season Pass Insurance Plan - Protect your investment
$25.00 per pass holder whether you are an individual, family member, or part of a 3 + 1 pass
This plan is optional and can only be obtained at the same time as the purchase of the season pass.
If you cannot ski or snowboard because of INJURY, SICKNESS, OR OTHER VALID REASON for the balance of the season you will receive a prorated refund on your season pass.
Purchase Price Refund: Prior to 12/10/09 - 90%; Prior to 12/25/09 - 75%; Prior to 01/10/10 - 50%;
Prior to 01/30/10 - 30%; Prior to 02/15/10 - 15%

For sickness or injury, we must be notified within 15 days of the diagnosis/injury by physician's written confirmation of disability and you must relinquish your pass at the same time. For valid reasons other than sickness or injury, the date for prorated refund will be determined as the date Tyrol receives your season pass and request.
This pass refund insurance plan is subject to all provisions, exceptions and limitations of the master agreement on file at Tyrol Basin's office. No refunds on any passes for any reason without the season pass insurance plan.
