Lift Tickets, Rentals, Gift Cards Return Policy
We do not issue refunds for Lift Tickets, Rentals, Gift Cards once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
Pre-purchased lift tickets may be exchanged for the use of a different day, depending on the circumstance. Please send an email to the email listed below with the details of your request. Winter weather in Wisconsin is inevitable; and we live for snow! Winter weather is also unpredictable; forecasts change! Winter weather (snow and/or cold) do not warrant refunds or transfers unless Tyrol Basin has to close business operations. Plan ahead, drive slow, and dress warm!
Season Pass Return Policy
Season passes can be refunded if Season Pass Protection was purchased at the time of your season pass purchase. This plan is optional and can only be obtained at the same time as the purchase of the season pass. For sickness or injury, we must be notified within 15 days of the injury/diagnosis by a physician’s written confirmation of disability and you must relinquish your pass at the same time. For valid reasons other than sickness or injury, the date for prorated refund will be determined as the date Tyrol Basin receives your season pass and request. This pass refund protection plan is subject to all provisions, exceptions, and limitations of the master agreement on file at Tyrol Basin’s office. No refunds on any pass for any reason without the season pass protection plan.
